(1) Before the commencement of the Act, any person or organized organization producing, transmitting or distributing electricity shall disclose the details mentioned in Rule 12, 13 or 14 and submit an application for a permit to the Director General in accordance with Subsection (3) of Section 4 of the Act.
(2) On the application submitted as per sub-rule (1), the Director General shall conduct the necessary examination and issue the permit to the applicant in the format as per Schedule-10.
